The 14-day test-run.
The short version: sign up, use it for two weeks, no credit card. When the clock runs out, your account pauses. Your files are safe for a month, then gone forever. Nobody at MyWave reads your data.
Getting started
Head to trial.mywave-harbor.com and click Register. Pick a username, and your Harbor is ready in a few minutes. When the trial ends and you'd like to stay, write to us and we'll chart your course.
The trial
You get 14 days of full access to a MyWave Harbor instance — every feature included. No credit card or payment information is required to start. After 14 days, your login is paused: you can't sign in, but your account and all your files remain untouched.
Data retention
After the trial ends, your data is kept for approximately 30 days from your signup date. That window gives you time to decide whether to become a paying customer or to arrange an export. After ~30 days your data is permanently deleted — no backups, no recovery. If you want to keep things, take them before the clock runs out.
The content promise
We run and maintain the server for you — the hardware, the software, and the backups. We never read the contents of your files: not opened, not browsed, not ever. If something needs fixing, you can grant us temporary access to resolve it — and even then, our job is to fix the problem, not to look through your files.
